CEO Carolyn Michaelis-Moe, BSN, MPA

CEO:
Carolyn Michaelis-Moe, BSN, MPA,
has an extensive history in the health care profession. She earned a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Health Care from Golden Gate University, San Francisco and has worked in Home Care and Hospice for many years. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia Union College. While working in Home Care and Hospice, Carolyn identified many needs of her patients that were not addressed by Medicare reimbursed programs. In 1992, Carolyn founded Parent Care Management Services, evolving into a team of professionals, consisting of Registered Nurses and Social Workers, as well as experienced administrative assistants who all work together to take care of any and all details of their client’s lives. As CEO of Parent Care Management Services, Carolyn brings an extensive amount of knowledge & understanding of the field of geriatric care management. In 2009, Carolyn earned a certification from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers.

Carolyn Michaelis-Moe values memberships in the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, Inland Association for Continuity of Care, Inland Empire Estate Planning Council and is a board member of the local California Care Planning Council. Parent Care Management Services Inc offers preceptorships to nursing students from Loma Linda University and provides them with multiple learning experiences.

Carolyn enjoys gardening, singing, and caring for her Basset Hound rescue dogs.

GERIATRIC CARE MANAGERS

Jeanette Keith, RN, BSN

Jeanette Keith, RN, BSN, is the Care Manager Supervisor at Parent Care Management Services, Inc. She has been a member of the management team for 6 years. Jeanette had 11 years of ICU experience working at Loma Linda University Medical Center. She then worked closely with American Indians as an Outreach Director supervising 8 reservations for 9 years before she went on to become a Hospice Director for the next 8 years. Jeanette enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her grandchildren.

Ranah Saxelby RN, graduated with an AS Degree in Nursing from Pasadena City College. She worked at City of Hope Cancer Hospital for 15 years where she was involved with autologous bone marrow transplants. She then worked in Hospice Care for a year. She has been a part of the Parent Care Management Services team for 3 years. Ranah has a passion for working with the elderly and often says “I thoroughly enjoy listening to the amazing stories of the elderly; they are a walking encyclopedia of information and history.” Ranah enjoys camping, watching the birds and listening to their noisy chatter. She loves walking along the river near her home, sitting on a rock and feeling the breeze blow across her face.

Linda Hubbard RN, graduated from Pacific Union College with an AS Degree in Nursing. She  worked 15 years in Neonatal Intensive Care. Linda developed her passion for elderly people when helping a friend cope with the death of her parents and seeing the support the family received from Hospice. She also helped with a friends Alzheimer parent for 10 years. "Our seniors have so much to teach us, I learn from them everyday" My spare time is devoted to family and friends, reading, travel and producing musical dramas at my church.    

 

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Rebecca Follett - Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Human Resources
Becki has been a member of our team for 12+ years working to help our services run smoothly. Becki is the answer person. Previous to her time with PCMS, she was Yucaipa High School PTA bookkeeper. She is an alumna of Redlands High School. During her free time she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her loving husband and children. “I enjoy doing my part coordinating services for Parent Care clients.”

Diane O’Neal – Executive Administration Asst.
Diane provides 14 years of administrative experience to give effective and comprehensive support to our team. Diane is adaptable to the changing situations and needs of our clients. Her prior job positions have been 9 years as CFO for Real Estate Development Corp. and 20+ years working in property management. Her 93 yr. old father has been a client of ours for the past 3 years. “I was inspired to join Parent Care and support their efforts in assisting senior care.”

Erin Hinkle – Administrative Asst.
 Erin holds 2 Associate of Science degrees and is continuing her education towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Information. She works in the center hub of our office to greet you when you arrive or call. Erin processes the detailed information by tracking changes and  updating  medical records. Our Care Managers rely on Erin for current, accurate medical and personal information on each of our clients.  She is also planning for her wedding in September.
